Inspired by Japanese Medicine Balls, known as Kusudama’s, Blossom is a beautiful lamp made from folded rice paper and held together with pins. Just as Kusudama’s, normally filled with herbs and incense, are used for healing, Blossom’s purpose is also to heal. The intent of Blossom is to lift the spirits of those who look at it, with the use of soft warm lighting and beautifully crafted flowers that look to blossom right before your eyes.
